The mixer is primarily designed for blending iron powder (iron oxide) with liquid binders, solvents, and other additives to achieve a homogeneous paste with a uniform consistency.
It operates on the principle of intensive shear mixing, where the special blades generate high shear forces that tear apart and disperse iron powder agglomerates, ensuring even distribution of the powder while minimizing air entrapment. This results in a smooth and consistent paste.
